Business Development Representative (m/f/d)

Job role:

We are looking for a Business Development Representative to work closely with our Pre-Sales team. The Business Development Representative (BDR) is responsible for producing quality leads that ultimately result in qualified opportunities and sales bookings. The mission of the BDR is to engage Procurabl's ideal customer profile, uncover pain points, position Procurabl's value proposition and ultimately acquire first-time customers at new and existing accounts.


The BDR will engage in outbound and inbound lead qualification activities to drive attainment of lead, opportunity and sales goals.

The BDR must facilitate an experience that makes utilizing Procurabl's services the obvious choice for new customers. Our prospects and customers demand and deserve a user-centric, streamlined experience throughout the entire customer journey.

Using CRM, Outreach, Zoominfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator, the BDR will create a follow-up cadence with the prospect until opportunity conversion or disqualification.

It is an added advantage if you have experience in developing leads from marketing campaigns and meeting sales quotas. You will be responsible for the entire sales cycle from establishing a customer contact till signing a deal. You will also ensure proper after-sales service.


Responsibilities:

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound prospect web and social media leads from various marketing initiatives including campaigns, organic search, and paid media.
  • Proactively and frequently contact prospects and customers via outbound calling and digital outreach engaging prospects and previous responders in support of marketing campaign initiatives
  • Secure key customer information to identify validated “sales ready” leads and prospective clients to nurture for future opportunities
  • Achieve targeted demand generation goals including internal service level agreements (SLAs), contact volume and frequency, validation of generated leads and opportunities, lead conversion percentages and campaign metrics
  • Qualify prospects via the BANT or other similar process and document the opportunity details in CRM.
  • Communicate effectively and frequently with all appropriate levels of decision makers and influencers.
  • Develop/maintain a personal social media presence and use social media to drive interest and leads.
  • Present Procurabl's high-level value propositions including solutions, features and functions to increase buyer interest using video, phone and web presence.
  • Collaborate with Marketing and Sales leadership to execute targeted, outbound new business campaigns.
  • Communicate with prospects in an explorative, consultative selling environment.
  • Meet monthly, quarterly and annual goals for Marketing Qualified Leads (MQL) and Sales Qualified Leads (SQL) conversions.


Requirements:

  • 1+ years of outbound phone Sales experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communications skills
  • 4-year BS or BA degree from an accredited university.
  • Goal driven and competitive as it relates to achieving individual lead and opportunity conversion metrics.
  • An intense desire to reach prospects by phone and have intelligent BANT qualification conversations.
  • The ability and desire to have 30-50 conversations per day, every day while multi-tasking with other lead sources.
  • Able to build rapport quickly with a consultative, solution-oriented, relationship forming mindset.
    Sales driven mentality with a quota focused mentality.
  • Experience in a manufacturing environment; either with additive manufacturing, 3D printing or conventional manufacturing technologies like injection molding, CNC machining or urethane casting.
  • Experience using CRM, Outreach, Zoominfo, Zoom, Slack, Chat or similar software platforms
